We are looking for a talented and ambitious Financial Analyzer & Model Builder to join our core team.
This position will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining new and existing financial and mathematical model infrastructures for the DcentraLab finance department and various products. This position is a key point between the different products, data, and leadership teams.

Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English (high level written and verbal skills)
- Attention to detail, good with numbers, statistics & high-level math (Must qualification)
- Strong business sense
- Identifying trends and being updated on news and technological advancements
- Hunger to learn and grow in the DeFi world
- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
- Preparing reports and projections
- Exploring investment opportunities
- Coordinating with other members of the finance and tech team to review and plan financial information and strategies
- Providing financial models and forecasting
- A team player and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Knowledge of economics, and in particular market trading.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in cryptocurrency & blockchain technology
- Fast and agile thinker, with the ambition & hunger to learn new stuff every day
- A strong eye for detail and a strong desire to grow
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask
- Algo trading experience
Responsibilities /What will you do
- Cataloging, analysis, and understanding of various databases
- Building different trading, hedge, and arbitrage strategies
- Management of company accounts. Creating and building relationships with relevant partners.
- Always follow the experience of various investment and trading products.
- High availability for inquiries even during non-routine hours as needed.
