Growth Associate (SDR)
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Growth Associate (SDR) to join our core team.
What is most important for us is you and your attitude. We’re looking for someone hungry to learn, hard-working, and eager to grow within the Web3/crypto space. Basic knowledge of crypto is essential, but if you’re willing to dive deeper, you’ll learn a lot on the job.
What we’re looking for:
- Hard-working with a strong drive to succeed.
- Sales experience (bonus!).
- SDR experience CRM (bigger bonus!).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Telegram (bonus).
- Willingness to grind, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized person who pays attention to the details in numbers, software, and personal interactions.
What you’ll do:
- Find and reach out to potential leads.
- Be the heart of the growth team, learning both sales and Web3 growth strategies.
- Help shape the future of our client pipeline and growth hacking.
- Driving growth initiatives.
Compensation:
- Base + commission. Your effort directly impacts your earnings.
