Growth Manager (Account Executive)

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Growth Manager (Account Executive) to join our core team.

What is most important for us is you and your attitude—we want someone who can drive results and build lasting client relationships. This is a role for someone who’s experienced in both sales and crypto and is ready to take the next step in their career by managing and growing key accounts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto space (required).
  • Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
  • SDR/Account Executive experience.
  • Experience with a CRM (Pipedrive a bonus)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A growth-focused mindset with the ability to scale accounts and drive success.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Work with the internal team to implement and execute growth strategies.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the crypto space and supporting their growth goals.

Compensation:

  • Base + commission
