Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our core team.

2. Location: Tel-Aviv / Remote

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality by expanding and maintaining test coverage across the system.
• Design, develop, and automate tests for both new and existing features, including End-to-End (E2E) and Integration tests.
• Enhance and maintain the automation infrastructure to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Execute test runs across a diverse set of test cases, ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Collaborate closely with the Manual QA team to refine workflows, identifying areas for automation.
• Monitor and analyze test results, ensuring issues are identified and addressed promptly.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, document, and track bugs found during testing through the bug lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Proficient in English (both speaking and writing) – essential for clear communication and documentation.
• 1-2 years of experience in Manual testing with an understanding of QA processes.
• 4 years of experience in Automation testing of Web & API.
• Strong coding skills for designing and implementing automated tests & infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python – must be comfortable writing and maintaining automation scripts.
• Expertise with Selenium and Pytest frameworks – required for automation testing.
• Experience with version control systems like Git – essential for managing codebases.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new automation tools.
• Results-driven, self-learner, and problem solver with a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for clear and precise communication.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• Experience testing in public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably in a Product-based company.
• Knowledge of scalable infrastructure for deployments and CI/CD pipelines, with GitLab CI preferred.
• Awareness of Object-Oriented programming principles and the Page Object Model for test automation.
• Experience with Test Management tools for organizing test cases and results.
• Multitasking capabilities, with the ability to handle shifting priorities and frequent task changes.
• Familiarity with Databases and SQL for validating backend data.
• Experience with Performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Passion for Quality Assurance and a commitment to continuous learning in automation tools and industry best practices.
